A Development workshop

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) concluded its first development workshop for the administrators of the Women's Premier League club on Sunday. The workshop, held over two days (September 6-7) at the federation's headquarters in Riyadh, was held in cooperation with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
The workshop aimed to develop leadership and administrative skills and enhance strategic planning within clubs, in addition to raising the level of institutional and organizational professionalism. This will contribute to enhancing clubs' readiness and preparing them to implement the highest standards adopted in the Women's Premier League.
The workshop included several practical and interactive topics, most notably: leadership self-assessment, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, applied leadership skills, strategic planning, and formulating a future vision for clubs, in line with global best practices in football management.
For her part, Alia Al-Rasheed, Director of the Women's Football Department at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, emphasized that this workshop represents a qualitative step in empowering administrative cadres and enhancing their efficiency. She noted that the cooperation with FIFA opens new horizons for the development of women's football in the Kingdom and contributes to supporting clubs in implementing the best administrative and professional practices.
